The stylish, luxury-appointed property is only 500m from beaches and a sailing school, just a stone’s throw from the superb beaches of Port Blanc on a beautiful part of the Brittany coast, with its unspoilt scenery and myriad of tiny islands. Take the coastal footpath from Port-Blanc to Buguélès to discover the Côte des Ajoncs along several signposted walks. Have a picnic and a swim at L'Ile aux Femmes and visit the Rocher du Voleur ! The Plage des Dunes beach, near the Marais du Launay and facing the Ile de Bruck, is one of the most popular beaches. It is family-friendly and offers a range of activities. Perros-Guirec (16km) has several interesting tourist attractions along with the beautiful beaches of the Pink Granite Coast.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Ker Botrel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. La maison est très bien conçue, très bien équipée et à proximité des plages, tout en étant au calme. Nous recommandons sans réserve. Merci encore, Anne & Axel

gite idéal pour des couples d'amis ,nous avions chacun notre salle d'eau la situation du gite ,son calme, sa vue sur mer ,l'accueil des propriétaires avec des infos pour découvrir la région, tout était parfait , Nous n'avions encore jamais eu toutes ces conditions réunies depuis une dizaine d'années que nous parcourons la France ensemble,

Très agréable séjour dans un très bel environnement proche de la mer et des commerces. Je recommande ce gîte pour un séjour de détente, de visites et découvertes. Très belle région.
