New in July 2017 ! Enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends in this gite with its own hot tub, near two other gites in peaceful countryside just 5km from the sea. The beautiful seaside resort of Pléneuf Val André with its casino, harbour, thalassotherapy centre and fine sandy beaches, is 11km away, Erquy is 20km and Lamballe 10km.
GR.FL : Lounge-diner and open-plan kitchen. Bedroom 1 : king-size bed, en-suite shower room. WC. UPSTAIRS : Bedroom 2 : twin beds. Bedroom 3 : double bed. Bedroom 4 : king-size bed. Shower room. WC. Decked patio (50m²). Hot tub in room next to the gite, accessible from the patio. Fixed charge for heating from mid-October to mid-April. Baby equipment on request.

très agréable gite très lumineux et spacieux. Le propriétaire est très sympa et disponible à tout temps. proche de très belles plages. Et le jacuzzi est le petit plus après une bonne journée de balade.
