Location très agréable Le seul bémol pour nous est que la rue était très fréquentée,...beaucoup de circulation A part ça la maison est bien située, commerces accessibles à pied , jardin entièrement clos.

Belle maison bretonne située à proximité des commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie). Environnement calme. À environ 5 kms des premières plages. Accueil chaleureux de Mme Trotel la propriétaire. Beau jardin que notre petite chienne à apprécié !! La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse. Bien équipée. Le marché de Matignon le mercredi est à faire et se situe juste à côté de la maison.
