Description
Very close to the sea, this spacious and bright holiday home is located just 4 km from the seaside resort of St-Cast and 15 km from the magnificent sites of Cap Fréhel and Fort-la-Latte. You will appreciate the calm and comfort of this rental, tastefully decorated, the ideal starting point for numerous hikes and discovering the riches of this department.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor, a spacious and very functional kitchen, a dining room with lounge area (fireplace with insert) with exposed stone walls as well as beautiful rustic beams, wc. Upstairs, the relaxation area with sea view awaits you on the mezzanine, 3 bedrooms: one with 1 bed 140x190, the other with splendid sea view and bed of 160x200 (sheets provided for the 160 bed) and the third with 2 beds 90x190. A beautiful bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, the toilets are separate. A garage is available for storing a trailer or bicycles. At the front you benefit from a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture on a paved terrace facing south. At the rear, pleasant lawn area and wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and fixed barbecue, all fenced with hedges and fencing.
