Description
Truly at the gates of Perros Guirec, this modern and practical little gite is the creation of the owner Patrick who is just waiting for you, with Sandra, to bring this house to life. Just above the Lenn basin and the Guguil stream for local walks, you can more widely head west to conquer the Côte de Granit Rose or east to explore the Côte des Ajoncs. A detour to Ploumanac'h, a favorite French village 7 km away, will be a must.
Your vacation rental includes on one level: a small living room, fully equipped kitchen leading to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140X190) (2 single beds 90X190) and a bathroom (walk-in shower without threshold, basin, WC, washing machine ). In front of the gîte: direct access to the paved terrace of 30 m² and garden area with lawn and flowers of around 12 m², all enclosed. On the north gable of the gite: private gravelled parking space of 40 m² that can accommodate 2 vehicles. Independent gîte, not directly overlooked, in a dead end street constituting a quiet residential area.

Le gîte est situé à proximité de Perros Guirec. Il est fonctionnel et très cosy avec sa terrasse. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute.

Accueil par des propriétaires sympathiques, disponibles mais néanmoins discrets. Un très joli gite propre et neuf. A proximité de tout commerces ainsi que de très jolis sites à visiter absolument, super pour les amateurs de marche. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
