Bienvenue à Lannion ! Situé à 800 m du centre ville et à 8 km de la côte, ce gîte est idéalement placé pour découvrir l'une des plus belles côtes du littoral breton : la côte de granit rose ! Pendant votre séjour, vous aurez l'embarras du choix car la région est si belle... La découverte de Lannion, ville pleine de charme au bord du Léguer s'imposera. Au fil des rues, places et venelles pavées, vous pourrez vous imprégner de l'atmosphère de cette ancienne cité médiévale. En allant vers la côte vous découvrirez les stations balnéaires de Trebeurden (10 km), Perros Guirec (9 km) et son quartier si connu Ploumanac'h (13 km), sans oublier Tregastel (11 km). Vous pourrez profiter des joyaux de cette côte : baignades en eaux cristallines, criques de sable fin, croisière autour des sept îles... Des enfants à divertir ? conduisez-les au parc du radôme (à 9 km) avec son village gaulois, sa cité des télécoms et son planétarium.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

La maison est magnifique et la rénovation est moderne cela va bien avec les pierres. Le jardin est grand et très bien entretenu. Le propriétaire nous a mis une petite surprise pour notre arrivée avec des produits locaux cela fait super plaisir. Il y a plein de visite a faire au tour de Lannion. La mer est très proche et il y a plein de place différente a voir. Séjour trop court pour tout voir...

Gîte très bien situé en retrait de la ville,quartier très calme, pas de vis à vis avec les voisins, lieu entretenu aussi bien à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. On s'y sent comme à la maison, très bien équipé et décoration sympa !
