In the Côte de Granit Rose, with sea view and at the end of a dead end road overlooking the protected bocage valley of Goas Lagorn and leading to a beach, this comfortable gite with independent access is adjoining 1 gite for 2 people and close to a dairy farm. In this small village between sea and countryside you will leave the gîte for walks on the GR 34 and the visit of natural sites. Privileged location for access to Ploumanac'h (7km), Perros Guirec (8km), Trébeurden (4 km) and the sea by the GR in less than 30 minutes. Possibility of renting the gîtes 22G120113 and 22G120114 (adjoining) together for a total capacity of 6 people + baby.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen area and lounge, bathroom with shower, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 cot.). Private courtyard & terrace with a sheltered garden furniture area. Large common lawn.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Séjour reconstituant, gite confortable et bien aménagé. Impression de vivre au bout du monde, malgré la présence d'autres maisons, d'un élevage laitier et d'un gîte mitoyen : l'accès routier est un cul de sac et pas de vis-à-vis. Le site de Goas Lagorn (avec chemin d'accès direct à pied devant le gîte) et la mer pour horizons. Favorisés par 15 jours de beau temps chaud (25-30 degrés, sans excès pour des gens du Sud !) et ensoleillé (fréquent paraît-il en octobre en Bretagne). Sans oublier l'accueil des propriétaires et les petites attentions (notamment les produits de première nécessité pour lesquels il n'y a qu'à renouveler les stocks en cours de séjour). Pas besoin de faire les courses en arrivant... En résumé : nous recommandons et nous y reviendrons...

L'accueil était parfait, le gite est idéalement situé pour visiter la région où se rendre à la plage en moins de 10 min en voiture. Tout le confort est au rendez-vous. Le cadre est top pour se reposer et profiter de la vue depuis la terrasse à tout moment de la journée. Il y a aussi des balades à pied possible avec des parties du GR à proximité.

Gite très agréable, calme, confortable et décoré avec goût. La vue de la terrasse sur la nature et la Manche est très appréciable. L'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire est à souligné. Elle nous a donné de bon conseils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
