At the exit of Lannion, in the direction of the beaches of Trébeurden and Trégastel, this family house has just undergone a total and successful renovation: you will appreciate the beautiful volumes and the private bathrooms in the bedrooms: total comfort! When you come back from walks, you will enjoy the well-appointed and sheltered terrace. Ideal and trendy resort to shine on the Pink Granite Coast: the wild beach of Beg Léguer at 5 km will pleasantly surprise you, Perros Guirec and its famous village of Ploumanac'h at 10 km, Pleumeur Bodou (Gaulois Village, Planetarium, City des Télécoms) 6 km away. Bicycle enthusiasts will be delighted: the green lane passes right next to the house. Also to discover: Brélévenez Lannion and its listed church, Lannion and its old buildings, the many scattered chapels: in short, curiosities for all tastes and all ages!

La rénovation est toute récente et très bien pensée. Le gîte est spacieux, bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter la côte de granit rose. Le +, une salle de bains et un WC privatifs pour chaque chambre.

Très belle rénovation, espace agréable. Propreté et qualité en font un hébergement que je recommande. Nos hôtes ont la volonté de bien nous accueillir et se rendent disponibles. Merci à eux. Seul bémol pour les voyageurs en hiver, la maitrise du chauffage ne semble pas encore au RDV, dommage nous aurions mis un 5/5!

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de déposer cet avis.Concernant le bémol relevé, le gîte n'avait pas été occupé la semaine précédent votre arrivée.Nous avions pourtant mis le chauffage 2 jours avant mais, début décembre, il a fait anormalement froid en Bretagne et cela n'a pas suffi.Nous nous en excusons.
Les vacanciers qui vous ont suivi n'ont pas connu ce désagrément ( ni ceux des années passées). Bien cordialement.

Excellent séjour passé au Ker Illis. Le gîte est magnifique et particulièrement bien équipé, notamment la literie et le matériel de cuisine ! Très bien situé, il permet des activités intéressantes à quelques kilomètres seulement. Merci aux propriétaires pour ce beau séjour !
