Description
In a residential area, former small town of Loguivy Les Lannion (classified site) pretty stone house comfortably renovated, with harmonious decoration. From the rooms, you will enjoy a pretty view of the listed church: a total change of scenery at only km from the center of Lannion (all shops) and 8 km from the beautiful beaches of Perros Guirec. Ideal vacation spot to discover the beautiful Côte de Granit Rose.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen, on the middle floor: large laundry closet, bathroom (bath and shower) and separate wc. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds). Presence of a 2nd floor accessible by a staircase with narrow steps leading to a pretty little attic room that can satisfy people wishing more independence in terms of sleeping arrangements (1 double bed). Private courtyard closed in front and garden on the back.

Maison chaleureuse et lumineuse, au calme et bien située pour randonner tout autour de Lannion. On était vraiment comme chez nous. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à découvrir les beautés de cette belle région de Bretagne. Juste un petit ennui : pas de réseau téléphonique free dans la maison, seulement en haut du jardin ou bien en descendant vers le port juste en face de la maison. Merci à notre hôtesse pour ses gentilles attentions et son accueil chaleureux.

This is a beautiful gite in a very peaceful location. The owner is very friendly and helpful and gave us a warm welcome. We visited local beaches and markets and enjoyed evening walks along the river, marvelling at the wildlife. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
