Le Manoir du Launay has seven beautifully-renovated, comfortable gites which welcome guests all-year-round, just 12km from the Pink Granite Coast. There is a full range of facilities to ensure guests have a relaxing, fun family holiday : a tennis court, an indoor heated swimming pool (12m x 5m), a games room with pool table for children, table tennis, table football and darts and a gym for adults. Yvonne et Yvan sont extrêmement accueillants, ils nous ont permis de passer deux semaines de vacances des plus appréciables. Ils sont à l'écoute et disponibles. Le gîte est parfaitement adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap, propre et fonctionnel. La petite terrasse et le jardin sont bien agréables. Juste un petit bémol pour l'accessibilité extérieur mais rien d'insurmontable!

Gîte la grange confortable dans l’ensemble Mais manque d’entretien (porte fenêtre coincée, terrasse sale à l’arrivée, baie vitrée sans volet et non entretenues, mauvaise herbes, araignées ) La cuisine n’est pas assez fonctionnelle, manque de plan de travail par exemple Couchages et salles de bain confortables Les espaces communs sont fonctionnels mais manquent d’entretien régulier La piscine couverte manque de nettoyage de fond (sols pas propres, terrasse extérieure inutilisable car pas nettoyée avec mauvaises herbes et fauteuils sales) et dommage qu’elle ferme à 19h même en pleine canicule … Belles plages à proximité (10-15 min en voiture) Ce gîte ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles, c’est dommage, manque d’entretien et de présence sur le site
