Successful renovation for this former family home, spacious, fitted out in a trendy “up-to-date” style. Located at the bottom of a dead end, with a breathtaking view of the Jaudy river, this completely independent cottage is an ideal place to meet up with friends or family with the possibility of very easily and quickly reaching the beautiful beaches of the Côte de Granit Rose, the pier for the Ile de Bréhat, Paimpol at 19 km, or just next door, the pretty town of character of Tréguier at only 7 km
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: Entrance hall with wardrobe, fitted kitchen open to a large living room with TV, overlooking the Jaudy river, a large living room with TV, 1 bedroom with 1 bedx190 with TV, 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed with TV and private bathroom (shower + wc), separate wc with washbasin, small laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs: 1 other bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, accessible by spiral staircase from the living room. Large courtyard of 200 m², which can park 3 cars, open bicycle shelter. Terrace, large leisure lawn of 1000 m² (in progress) with a beautiful view of the Jaudy. Internet being installed

Entirely pedestrianised, the Ile de Bréhat is the promise of time recaptured :. breathe the scent of spring flowers, smell the sea air, admire the landscape that unfolds to the rhythm of your walk, listen carefully and you'll hear bicycle bells in the distance. Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

Location et accueil au top ! Maison très confortable dans un cadre idyllique, très bien localisée, cela nous a permis de découvrir de nombreux sites des Côtes d'Armor. Séjour en tout point extra. Merci pour tout.

Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire, et un logement superbement équipé, rien ne manque . Une adresse à retenir et il est sûr que nous y reviendrons.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce gîte : accueil très sympathique (les crêpes de votre maman étaient excellentes !), le gîte est très confortable, au calme dans une impasse, très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur le Jaudy. Nous étions très bien situé pour visiter la côte de granit rose je recommande !
