Description
Unforgettable holidays in a magnificent setting, this recently restored gîte (with its walls restored in the old fashioned way, in clay and hemp), will seduce you with its geographical location (Tréguier 5 km away), its wide open spaces and its originality. You will stay in this gite, established in an outbuilding of the manor with access by the main courtyard of 600 m², on an 8-hectare property with a view of the ria du Jaudy below. And why not throw a line in the water to tease bars and venues? You will be welcomed by Pierre and Geneviève, the owners who live in the Manoir. In the main room, the wood stove can enhance your evenings and possibly serve as an extra heater. You can walk, jog or simply stroll along the bridle paths that run through the 8 hectares of the property. Some distances: Paimpol at 19 km, Perros-Guirec at 19.5 km and 10 km from Pontrieux.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: A large living room with kitchen, living room, living room with a wood stove (wood provided free of charge), TV screen with DVD player and Internet TV, bathroom with shower, separate wc. Upstairs, served by a staircase and a wrought iron walkway, a true work of art by Thierry Loève, ironworker from Nantes, there are two bedrooms with 1 160x200 bed and 2 90x190 beds. The 27 m² private terrace overlooks the wooded park that runs along the Jaudy. Outdoor swimming pool to be shared with the owners (10m x 5m pool, 1.60m deep unheated), open from May to September with free access from 10 am to 8 pm.

Entirely pedestrianised, the Ile de Bréhat is the promise of time recaptured :. breathe the scent of spring flowers, smell the sea air, admire the landscape that unfolds to the rhythm of your walk, listen carefully and you'll hear bicycle bells in the distance. Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.
