Description
In Jugon les Lacs, on the slopes of the Larguenon Valley, beautiful stone farmhouse, pleasantly renovated into 4 adjoining lodgings, with their private terrace and large common grounds. Everything has been designed so that you spend unforgettable and relaxing holidays on site ... But you will also enjoy going to the Jugon nautical base (1.2 km) to fish, practice pedal boats, windsurfing boards, canoes ... and from there 2017, presence of a wakepark (12 fun modules). 22 km from Dinan, a very pretty city of character, 17 km from Lamballe, its national stud farm, the Mathurin Méheust Museum and 37 km from Dinard, a very beautiful seaside resort.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, separate toilet, small technical room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom (shower and toilet): in one (1 bed 160x200) and the other (2 beds 90x190). Front terrace under construction (ready for early July 2021), large enclosed land in front of the farmhouse shared with the 3 other gîtes. On site to share with the 3 cottages and the owners: indoor heated swimming pool from April to the Halloween holidays, a sauna and jaccuzi available all year round as well as a fitness room (treadmill, bench table football ... and children's games).

Tout nous a plu dans ce séjour au Noisetier, gite confortable et spatieux, intérieur au gout du jour, jardin agréable et le vrai plus la piscine chauffée et couverte ainsi que le coin spa et la salle de sport vraiment très appréciable pour un séjour détente. Bon accueil du propriétaire souriant et réactif en cas de besoin. Bref nous y retournerons avec plaisir

accueil très sympathique de Thierry, le propriétaire .les gites sont très bien pensés et aménagés avec gout.rien ne manque.à conseiller pour bien se relaxer et découvrir les cotes d'armor

Séjour des plus agréable, très joli gîte au calme, accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, toujours disponible, piscine spacieuse et chauffée, jacuzzi et piste de pétanque pour se détendre. A recommander pour les familles.
