In Jugon les Lacs, on the slopes of the Larguenon Valley, beautiful stone farmhouse, pleasantly renovated into 4 adjoining lodgings, with their private terrace and large common grounds. Everything has been designed so that you spend unforgettable and relaxing holidays on site ... But you will also enjoy going to the Jugon nautical base (1.2 km) to fish, practice pedal boats, windsurfing boards, canoes ... and from there 2017, presence of a wakepark (12 fun modules). 22 km from Dinan, a very pretty city of character, 17 km from Lamballe, its national stud farm, the Mathurin Méheust Museum and 37 km from Dinard, a very beautiful seaside resort.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, separate toilet, small technical room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom (shower and toilet): in one (1 bed 160x200) and the other (2 beds 90x190). Front terrace under construction (ready for early July 2021), large enclosed land in front of the farmhouse shared with the 3 other gîtes. On site to share with the 3 cottages and the owners: indoor heated swimming pool from April to the Halloween holidays, a sauna and jaccuzi available all year round as well as a fitness room (treadmill, bench table football ... and children's games).

Dinan
Dinan in Brittany is a charming riverside town, full of medieval history, with a 13th century castle and ramparts that encircle this well-preserved sanctuary where time has stood still.
Wander through Dinan's narrow cobbled streets, lined with pretty half-timber houses, and discover the Flamboyant Gothic St Malo church, the Basilica of St Saveur and the 40m high Tour de l'Horloge (clock tower). Climb the 158 steps to the top for some fantastic views of the town and surrounding area. For even better views, why not take a walk along the ramparts, which, at nearly 2.7km long, are the oldest and most impressive in Brittany? In July the Fête des Remparts (Feast of the Ramparts) takes place, a marvellous festival recreating life in medieval times with street celebrations, a market and a jousting tournament and many people dressed in medieval costume. The Château de Dinan is now a museum dedicated to the town's history and Dinan's famous hero, Bertrand du Guesclin, a Breton knight who became a military commander during the Hundred Years' War is remembered with 4 different memorials across the town. In 1357 the English laid seige to the town but it resisted. When Thomas Canterbury kidnapped Guesclin's brother he settled the matter by single combat in the Place Champs Clos opposite the Place Dugesclin, wich is named after him and where today you will find the town market on a Thursday morning.

L’accueil par le propriétaire est très chaleureux. Le gîte est confortable, bien aménagé et impeccable en termes de ménage. La piscine couverte et chauffée permet de se baigner et d’occuper les enfants meme les jours de pluie ! L’extérieur est très agréable (jeux pour enfants, poulaillers) et bien entretenu. Le gîte est bien situé car au calme mais à 20-30 minutes de destinations sympathiques !
