Renovated gîte located in an old farmhouse in a small country hamlet, very close to an equestrian center and a farm (cattle and pigs). You will meet the barnyard, the rabbits but also the horses and the ponies. Indeed 200 m away is the Equestrian Center Ecurie des Lacs for rides or riding lessons. 3 km away Jugon Les Lacs A small town full of character offers superb walks as well as the banks of the Arguenon river 2 km away. 7km away on Dolo, the atypical BZH Wake Park offers waterskiing. Yes Yes !! and 9 km to Plédéliac: the Hunaudaye Forest and its massive castle will charm you. Ready for a real stay in Costa Rican rural land? Liliane, Raymond and their children await you there.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a large living room with kitchen area and dining-living room (decorative fireplace), a separate toilet, a laundry room/storage room. On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140X190)(1 double bed 140X190)(2 single beds 90X190), a bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. Internet access on the ground floor of the gîte. Gite adjoining a year-round rental and office space. Enclosed adjoining private garden with paved driveway, lawn, gazebo and enclosed well. Private tarmac car park opposite the gite. In winter, heating package of 10 € / day to be paid on site.

Excellent accueil de Mr et Mme Felin. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est très confortable et au calme. Nombreuses visites à faire dans la région qui est très belle. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Très beau gîte, propre avec tout le confort, des pièces spacieuses et une bonne literie. Jardin bien entretenu et clôturé pour le chien(gratuité pour votre animal). Cadre idyllique loin des agitations à côté d’une ferme et d’un centre équestre vue sur les chevaux de la fenêtre de la cuisine. Propriétaire sympathique et accueillante qui en plus offre le cidre et les galettes bretonnes à votre arrivée.
