Welcome to Gîte de Sevoy, a semi-detached, stone-built town house opposite the Hotel Sevoy at the heart of the character village of Jugon Les Lacs. The spacious property, which has been tastefully-renovated in shabby-chic style, is less than 200m from shops and amenities, a lake, the Maison Pêche et Nature (fishing and nature discovery centre) as well as numerous outdoor activities such as water sports on the lake, walks, mountain biking, crazy golf and swimming pool at the local campsite. Local tourist attractions include the Château de la Hunaudaye and the Ferme d'Antan 10km. Well-situated for visiting Lamballe (19km) and the medieval town of Dinan (24km), as well as the well-known seaside resorts of the Emerald Coast and the Côte de Penthièvre (St Jacut de la Mer and St Cast le Guildo, Pléneuf Val André and Erquy, Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte) the nearest of which are 27km away.qqq

Une déco agréable et cosy, tout est prévu pour le confort des hôtes, rien ne manque. Idéalement situé, à 2 pas du lac de Jugon et d'une place commerçante avec son marché du vendredi. Excellent point de départ pour visiter la Bretagne. Pour finir, une hôte sympathique et attentionnée. Que demander de plus ? d'y revenir peut-être... Merci Julie.

c'est toujours un réel plaisir que de revenir au Sevoy. La qualité du gîte parfaitement équipé, spacieux,fonctionnel, décoré avec goût,est amménagé de manière a ce que nous nous sentions chez nous. merci pour l'acceuil toujours parfait,il nous paraît difficile de faire mieux et de ne pas venir dans cette belle région. Le gîte lui-même est extrêmement confortable, très bien équipé, idéalement situé en centre ville. Madame Merlin nous a encore réservé un accueil chaleureux, cette fois -ci via un décor de Noël élaboré. Elle s’est montrée disponible durant notre séjour. Difficile de ne pas envisager de revenir !
