A large, stone-built longhouse with 2 stylish, newly-converted, semi-detached gites on a 6000m² property in the country. A very pleasant, restful place to stay, ideally-situated for discovering the Côte de Penthièvre and the Emerald Coast including gorgeous beaches and the well-known seaside resorts of Sables d'Or les Pins, Fréhel and St Cast le Guido. Relax on the well-equipped private patios or enjoy a game of volleyball, tennis or football on the dirt playing field. Matignon 10km, Sables d'Or les Pins 19km and Lamballe 15km.
GR.FL : Lounge-diner and open-plan kitchen. WC. UPSTAIRS : Large landing. Bedroom 1 : double bed. Bedroom 2 : twin beds. Shower room with large shower. WC. Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Baby equipment. Shared laundry facilities. Private patio (25m²), lawned area (1300m²) shared with the other two gites. Large communal courtyard (1500m²) with car park and dirt playing field with tennis net and football goals. No internet reception in area at present.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Le gîte est spacieux et propre. Il est très bien décoré et équipé. Vous pouvez profiter du calme de la campagne tout en bénéficiant de la proximité de la mer et des plages. De nombreux sites et villes peu éloignés sont également à visiter. Accueil toujours sympathique. A recommander.

Très beau gîte confortable et décoré avec goût .Tout pour passer un agréable séjour! situé au carrefour de nombreux sites à visiter ( Fréhel , Dinand ,Erquy....} Je recommanderai ce gite à un ami

Très belle location au calme idéalement située pour visiter la région. Je recommande sans hésitation. Une semaine c’était trop court tant il y a à voir. Alors Nicolas nous reviendrons!
