A light, comfortably-appointed flat in a partly-enclosed, newly-built property in a residential area. It is 500m from the Boulevard de la Mer coast road with its panoramic views and 3km from the centre of the pretty little village of Fréhel. The lovely seaside resort of Sables d’Or les Pins with its 1920s architecture and beautiful sandy beach is just 1km away and Cap Fréhel, an ‘absolute must’, is 5.5km.
A flat on the first-floor of a new house with the owners’ holiday home below. Lounge-diner and open-plan kitchen. Bedroom : king-size bed. Shower room with large shower and WC. Small balcony plus patio (12m²) on ground-floor and use of owners’ garden. Parking within the property. 1 small dog welcome by prior arrangement.

Agréable séjour accueil chaleureux merci pour les gâteaux une adresse a gardé pour un autre séjour un gîte a conseillé nous avons passé. une semaine agréable avec du soleil

Du 5 au 12 Sept 2020 : avons passé une excellente semaine ensoleillée à sillonner les sentiers côtiers aux paysages magnifiques + les nombreux sites touristiques culturels des alentours, et profité de la gastronomie bretonne SI riche !!! Gîte à la déco sobre contemporaine particulièrement lumineux bien "pensé", + aussi ses 2 petits petits extérieurs sympathiques aussi... Encore MERCI pour les gentillesses gourmandes que nous apprécions toujours à leur juste valeur... (qui pourtant semblent se perdre de + en + chez G. de France).

Très belle accueil par la propriétaire, rien à dire le séjour c'est très bien passé. Je recommande fortement ce gîtes on ce sent comme à la maison.
