Jade, the owner's daughter, brought her personal touch through her paintings present in the house. Relaxation and form at the rendezvous with the many facilities of the house. You will benefit from the exceptional environment of this town classified as a Grand Site de France Cap d'Erquy - Cap Fréhel, sublime beaches nearby (Guen, Portuais, Lourtuais), the port and its restaurants, summer entertainment, the Château de Bienassis ... Welcome to the Land of Argae! ATT: Rentals scheduled from Sunday to Sunday for this accommodation.
Your rental includes on the ground floor: a large living room kitchen divided into 3 parts, all opening onto the terrace, a toilet with washbasin, an elevator serving the 1st floor, a relaxation room games with table football, Bluetooth stereo, toilet, water and just behind: a fitness room with HAMMAM. 1st floor: (access by spiral staircase and lift) 2 bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds 90x190) sharing a bathroom (shower and washbasin), 1 master bedroom (1 double bed 160x200) with dressing room and bathroom semi-open private shower room (double basin - Italian shower), ext. passageway. shared between the 3 bedrooms, separate wc, reading office area, access to the ROOF TOP for a solarium terrace equipped with 6 deckchairs. SPA in an outside corner of the house. Laundry room by ext. with storage of outdoor games. Shelter for bicycles, motorcycles. Vast wooden terrace of 50 m², lawned garden of 240 m² and reception courtyard/private parking of 96 m², all enclosed (electric gate).

La Bretagne dans ces conditions là, c'est magique ! Des points de vues à couper le souffle, des ballades incroyables, des couleurs magnifiques et le tout sous un soleil radieux. Ne manquait plus qu'un point de chute et de départ. La Villa d'Argae et ses charmants propriétaires nous ont permis de boucler la boucle du ravissement. Merci beaucoup !

What a great place to stay in. It is huge, very open with lots of natural light coming I though the big glass doors. We were warmly welcomed to this very well equipped and clean place. As it is a bit of the beaten track but it is a very quiet and calm place. You even wake to the birds singing. This makes it the ideal spot to relax and discover the the Bretagne. We loved it and will be back. Thanks for having us.
