This pretty house, adjoining a gite and the owners' house, awaits you for your next vacation by the sea! This gite with beautiful areas will provide you with all the necessary comfort for a good stay on the Côte de Penthièvre. You will be close to the road (D786) leading to the magnificent fine sandy beaches offered by Erquy, discover its fishing port and take the opportunity to taste the delicious scallops! Beautiful walks on the GR34 await you everywhere with the inimitable color of pink sandstone...Erquy is not lacking in assets, you will be won over! The discovery of Cap Frehel (18 km) will also be a must, as will the pretty seaside resorts of Sables d'Or les Pins at 8 km or Pleneuf Val André at 5 km.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Nous avons passez moi, mon conjoint, notre fils et notre chien un excellent séjour chez Fabienne et son mari, tout a été parfait , allez-y les yeux fermés. Et que dire de la région magnifique .. vous ne serez pas déçu.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce gîte adapté aux enfants. De nombreux jeux de société, un jardin entièrement clos et sécurisé, une belle plage à 5 minutes en voiture. Et des propriétaires charmants. À recommander !
