A beautiful, luxury-appointed house, built in 2016, in a magnificent, landscaped garden, just 600m from St-Pabu beach. The owner has taken great care in the choice of materials and the decoration to create a unique property which has the added bonus of an indoor, heated swimming pool with waterfall, a perfect place to relax after a day out at one of Erquy’s ten beaches or one of the many walks in the area. Cap d'Erquy is 4km, Cap Fréhel is 12km, and the beautiful seaside resort of Pléneuf Val André with its thalassotherapy centre, casino and 18-hole golf course, is 8km.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine au milieu de la nature dans une belle maison. Quelques soucis avec le petit électroménager (grille pain fondu, poêle détériorée par de précédent locataire) que la propriétaire a changé quand nous lui avons signalé. Dans les lits de 160 il serait bien de mettre de grande couette comme sur les photos. La grande terrasse est bien équipée et agréable.

Gite à la décoration très soignée qui procure bien-être et détente. Un jardin magnifique et une grande terrasse très bien exposée qui permet à la fois de jouer au ping-pong ou de méditer bercé par le chant des oiseaux. Avec la mer accessible à pied. L’équipement du gîte est tres complet. Un séjour très réussi. A conseiller sans réserve.

Gîte très bien situé, au calme et à seulement 600m de la plage de St Pabu et du GR34. Prestation de qualité avec chambres parentales (au pluriel) avec salle de bain privatives, sans omettre la piscine permettant de se relaxer après les balades ou durant la canicule bretonne. Excellente literie dans toutes les chambres, ce qui est bon à signaler. A recommander
