The beach and pretty little coves are only 400 m from your holiday destination, ideally located between Cap d'Erquy and Cap Fréhel, two unmissable sites, to visit absolutely! You will discover a welcoming residence, with its comfortable interior, its pink sandstone walls, less than 1 km from 4 sandy beaches. You benefit from the fully enclosed garden with a terrace area with sun loungers, barbecue and garden furniture. A secure parking space is provided for your vehicle.
Pretty single-storey house offering a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a harmonious relaxation area with sofa and club chairs. A beautiful bedroom in gray tones offers you a comfortable bed thanks to this 160x200 bed. You will appreciate the warm and harmonious colors of the 2nd bedroom and its 2 90x190 beds. The bathroom has a shower with shower screen. The toilets are separate.

Accueil très moyen et gîte de même, qui ne vaut que pour sa localisation près de la côte. Attention de ne pas venir quand il fait froid, le forfait électricité est manifestement basé sur une consommation estivale et le supplément peut faire mal (on nous a réclamé près de 50 euros en 5 jours, en chauffant à 19° sur les radiateurs !).

Bonjour, Plusieurs hébergements proposés par notre réseau n'inclus pas le chauffage qui est facturable à sa consommation réelle selon relevé du compteur. Les propriétaires ne retirent aucun bénéfice sur la consommation d'électricité. Ce fonctionnement a l'avantage d’être juste, chacun payant ce qu'il consomme. Le prix de la location inclus cependant un forfait électricité de 8 KWh/jour.

Gite idéal pour 4 personnes dont deux enfants de 5 et 7ans :petit jardin clos,calme absolu,discrétion des propriétaires,proximité de la belle plage de Lanruen accessible à pied et du sentier côtier,commerces et jolis sites à peu de distance.
