Description
The beach and pretty little coves are only 400 m from your holiday destination, ideally located between Cap d'Erquy and Cap Fréhel, two unmissable sites, to visit absolutely! You will discover a welcoming residence, with its comfortable interior, its pink sandstone walls, less than 1 km from 4 sandy beaches. You benefit from the fully enclosed garden with a terrace area with sun loungers, barbecue and garden furniture. A secure parking space is provided for your vehicle.
On the ground floor: Fitted fitted kitchen, living room, separate wc. Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and 1 90x190 bed with private shower room and toilet. In an annex to this house, with completely independent entrance, another bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and its own bathroom equipped with shower and toilet.

East of Côtes d'Armor is the Emerald Coast, the popular family seaside resorts of Sable d'or Les Pins and Erquy, renowned for the coquilles Saint Jacques (scallops).
Cap-Fréhel is a very scenic spot on the northern coast of Brittany west of Dinard. Set on high limestone cliffs overlooking the sea,the views are very far-reaching and exceptional. Fort la Latte is a 14th century castle in a clifftop location, and one of the most popular chateaux in Brittany.

Gîte conforme, très bien équipé et place pour rangement de ses propres affaires. Il y a tout . Confort ds l agréable petit jardin avec ses chaises longues, mais également ds le salon avec un confortable divan. Sa situation permet de belles balades au départ du gîte mais aussi avec un peu de route de lieux magnifiques, l ile de Brehat, Pimpon, DInard, Dinan et St Malo. Que du positif, on reviendra.
