Description
This comfortable apartment, located on the ground floor of the owners' house, occasionally occupying the first floor, will seduce you with its direct access to the central beach of Erquy. 500 m from the city center and all the shops, 12 km from the beautiful beaches of Pléneuf Val André, the port of Dahouet and 24 km from Lamballe, city of horses. Take advantage of your stay to discover Cap Fréhel and Fort Lalatte and take long walks by the sea. On the GR34.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: kitchen, living room with lounge area (very nice sea view), 1 children's bedroom with garden view (2 90x190 beds, possibility of a 3rd bed), 1 adult bedroom with 2 90x190 beds that can be combined into a 180x190 bed and exceptional panoramic view of Cap d'Erquy, bathroom with bath, wc. Private terrace facing south. Private land of 600 m². For information: construction of a dwelling next to the gite which may cause nuisance.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison de bord de plage digne d'un décor de cinéma. Les photos sont conformes, pas de tromperie! La literie est de qualité, le calme reposant, tout était parfait! Je ne recommande pas aux amis, juste histoire d'avoir une chance de pouvoir revenir!!!

le gite par lui même super agréable situation très agréable le vue sur mer génial bémol comme on dit chez nous il est dans son jus une bonne renovation des lieu (voir peinture salle de bain et wc carelage dans l entrée a restaurer moquette a changer )et la descente directe sur la mer a securiser tout cela justifirai a 100/100 le prix malgre cela je le recommanderai vivement

Merci de recommander ma maison malgré les défauts que vous me signalez. Je partage vos remarques, en Novembre la salle de bain sera repeinte, les carreaux récolés et la moquette enlevée. Sécuriser la descente est plus compliquée mais ce serait une bonne chose. J’espère que vous garderez un bon souvenir de votre séjour malgré ces inconvénients. Cordialement

Un charme indéniable de la maison même si l'intérieur est un peu vieillot et mériterait quelques rénovations. La vue est simplement magnifique. Accessibilité pour pmr assez facile, juste 2 marches pour l'entrée à franchir. En résumé, très bon séjour et propriétaire sympathique !
