In a residential area, 750 m from the town hall, the center and the shops, the apartment Sous les Palmiers will be a pleasant holiday resort to discover all the charms of the Medieval City of Dinan. If you wish, you can visit everything on foot....Don't miss the discovery of the rue du Jerzual, a cobbled path that connects Old Dinan to the ever-busy marina: good addresses await you to eat. ..And the ramparts. Your apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house includes on the same level: fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed) with relaxation area (TV), a bathroom accessible by a step (1 large shower and toilet ). Owners' washing machine available in their garage. Parking in the street, along the house. Very pretty landscaped garden (200 m²) to be shared with the owners, private garden furniture.
