At the entrance to the village of Coëtmieux, this pretty stone house, adjoining a third and near the owners' house, welcomes you comfortably, for a stay near the sea. The coast of Penthièvre is offered to you and there is no shortage of activities! You will quickly reach the first beaches just 6 km away. The seaside resort of Pléneuf Val André will be 14 km away: come and take a stroll on its dike, discover its spa, its casino, its beautiful family beach ... Not to mention Erquy (23 km) where you can stroll on the port and taste the famous Saint Jacques shells ... Lamballe: national stud farm, alleys and half-timbered houses, shops and restaurants are only 8 km away. This cottage is ideal for a holiday full of visits and discoveries ... Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.

Peaceful, comfortable and very well equipped property with friendly and welcoming owners. Pretty village and close to coast, very enjoyable stay, week not long enough! Will return for longer, thank you

Gite très calme, très bien équipé. Le plus pour nous : garage avec prise pour recharger une voiture électrique. Le meilleur pour la fin: des propriétaires très accueillants et attentionnés. Notre meilleur gîte depuis longtemps.
