Description
Come and recharge your batteries in this spacious and bright country house. With friends or family you will quickly fall under the spell of this UNIQUE property, from the entrance and the driveway you can see the difference, Anne Marie and Bruno are waiting for you impatiently. Children are welcome, a teepee and games in the living room are reserved for them. There is no shortage of games outside: ping-pong table, darts, molky, alley of Breton boules and pétanque, shuffleboard. If you are riders and want to come with your horses, everything is planned: the meadow, the quarry, the paddock, the hay and the jet ... and why not an outing with those of the owner. With accompaniment of the owner: possibility of doing a zip line course on site. As for walks, the radius is wide and interesting in the sense that in 20 kms you find yourself at the gates of Perros Guirec and its Pink Granite Coast as well as St Michel en Grèves and its bay. Armoripark in Begard at 9 km.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a large kitchen extended by a large living room with pellet stove (provided) and closed fireplace (wood provided), a bathroom with shower and basin, a toilet . A first staircase leads above the kitchen to 1 bedroom. on the mezzanine with a bed for 2 pers. (160x200). A second staircase leads to a landing leading to 2 bedrooms. (1 double bed 160X200, 1 single bed 140X190 and 1 single bed 90x190), a bathroom with retro bathtub and basin, wc. NEW FOR 2022: From May to the end of Sept you can sleep in the 25 m² outdoor tipi (1 double bed 140x190), in the saloon area: a dedicated bathroom (wc and washbasin). Large gravelled courtyard of 500 m² with ornamental garden area, summer kitchen and barbecue-plancha area, small ornamental pond, private parking. All around: meadows and woods on the property as well as a stream. House facing south and surrounded by trees, the wind is less felt than elsewhere.

Nous avons apprécié ce séjour hors du temps. De grands espaces, que ce soit à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, une décoration soignée, et des propriétaires sympathiques. Tout est pensé pour ravir les petits et les grands. Avec en bonus les chevaux comme voisins !
