Come and discover this beautiful stone farmhouse located in an old farmhouse, adjoining gite 130105 and close to the owners' home. You will have all the modern comforts in a typically Breton setting. The location is ideal for exploring our region: 8 km from the beautiful fine sandy beach of Trestel (10 mins by car) and the GR34, 15 km from Perros-Guirec (one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Brittany), 13 km from Lannion. Also discover many tourist sites: the island of Brehat, the Château de la Roche Jagu, Pleumeur Bodou...
Your vacation rental includes, on the ground floor, a large kitchen with a dining area, a living room accessible by 5 steps, WC. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a 90x200 bed, a beautiful bathroom with shower, separate WC. Enjoy the outdoors and a 10 m² terrace facing south overlooking a large shared landscaped garden of 9000 m². The wood stove will enhance your autumn and winter evenings (the first basket is free, the following ones are €5 per basket).

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte. Tout était parfait et en tout point conforme au descriptif. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter des espaces extérieurs qui sont magnifiques. Mais au moins nous n'avons pas souffert de la canicule lors de nos nombreuses balades sur les sentiers côtiers.

An extremely comfortable and well equipped gite in the heart of the country but within reach of lovely villages, towns and beautiful coastal scenery. We would recommend Treguier, a delightful town with all the facilities only 10 minutes away, Paimpol, Perros Guirec and Lannion. Our favourite seaside place was Trebeurden, and the wonderful rock formations at the coast near Ploumanac'h with its lighthouse (Mein Ruz). There are also numerous viewpoints on the coast with more rock formations made of pink granite.
