At the end of a dead end, set back from the city centre, this beautiful contemporary will seduce all those who want to discover the charming seaside resort of Etables sur Mer, on the Côte de Goélo: But you will book this great resort above all for its beautiful swimming pool private located just opposite the living room: absolute luxury for holidays with family or friends. You will enjoy the places so much that you will hesitate to go out! and yet, the beaches of Etables Sur Mer are so pleasant and particularly the beach of Godelins just 1.4 km away: it is a pretty family beach, very popular with its beach cabins, its diving board, you can even access it by the GR 34. The Moulins beach, also 1.4 km away, is also very popular: the choice is yours. A little further, you will reach St-Quay-Portrieux, another beautiful resort with its fishing and pleasure ports, its casino. 10.5 km from Plouha, 19 km from St-Brieuc and 31 km from Paimpol.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: large living room with well-equipped fitted kitchen, separate toilet with washbasin, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed) with its adjoining private bathroom (walk-in shower). Upstairs: landing leading to 3 bedrooms (2 80x200 beds) (2 80x200 beds) that can be twinned and (1 160x200 bed), bathroom (bath and toilet). Garage. Heated swimming pool with basin of 7.5 m x 3.55 m and 1.5 deep available from April to the end of September (natural salt treatment). Also enjoy an outdoor spa for 6 people and available all year round. Parking possible in front of the house and in the garage.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Une année après, de retour dans ce magnifique gîte, lumineux, spacieux, fonctionnel et confortable. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. Gwénaëlle, la propriétaire, a été aux petits soins pour nous 6 et nous a facilité la vie. Merci, on espère revenir l'année prochaine !

A fully equipped villa with heated (open or closed) pool and jakousi. BBQ too. Equipped with everything you need. Super friendly owner, Gwen, goes out of her way to ensure a super holiday. Clean, tidy, well organised. 100% recommendation. Our family from Canada and London were really impressed.

Nous avons passés deux semaines magnifiques dans la maison de Gwénaëlle, l'accueil était chaleureux et les petites attentions à l'arrivée très appréciées. La maison est grande, moderne, propre et bien équipée, dans un endroit proche de tout, tout en restant très calme. La piscine découverte sous le soleil et couverte sous les nuages, ainsi que le jacuzzi, est un vrai plus pour les grands comme pour les petits. Une vraie pépite que cela soit pour profiter du calme de la maison et se prélasser au soleil, ou pour les plus aventureux qui veulent visiter tous les magnifiques endroits des Côtes d'Armor. Merci pour ces deux semaines de vraies vacances !
