At the end of a dead end, set back from the city centre, this beautiful contemporary will seduce all those who want to discover the charming seaside resort of Etables sur Mer, on the Côte de Goélo: But you will book this great resort above all for its beautiful swimming pool private located just opposite the living room: absolute luxury for holidays with family or friends. You will enjoy the places so much that you will hesitate to go out! and yet, the beaches of Etables Sur Mer are so pleasant and particularly the beach of Godelins just 1.4 km away: it is a pretty family beach, very popular with its beach cabins, its diving board, you can even access it by the GR 34. The Moulins beach, also 1.4 km away, is also very popular: the choice is yours. A little further, you will reach St-Quay-Portrieux, another beautiful resort with its fishing and pleasure ports, its casino. 10.5 km from Plouha, 19 km from St-Brieuc and 31 km from Paimpol.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: large living room with well-equipped fitted kitchen, separate toilet with washbasin, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed) with its adjoining private bathroom (walk-in shower). Upstairs: landing leading to 3 bedrooms (2 80x200 beds) (2 80x200 beds) that can be twinned and (1 160x200 bed), bathroom (bath and toilet). Garage. Heated swimming pool with basin of 7.5 m x 3.55 m and 1.5 deep available from April to the end of September (natural salt treatment). Also enjoy an outdoor spa for 6 people and available all year round. Parking possible in front of the house and in the garage.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Nous avons passer un magnifique séjour. Le jacuzzi et la piscine chauffé sont un réel plus. Il y a beaucoup d'activité à faire dans la région. L'accueil et la flexibilité de Gwenaelle et Thierry était au rendez-vous.

Quel plaisir de séjourner dans ce très beau gîte,au calme, bien agencé et équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût qui a fait le bonheur de toute la famille. La piscine chauffée et le spa ont été très appréciés. Un grand merci à Gwénaëlle et Thierry pour leur accueil sympathique et leurs délicates attentions. Nous reviendrons et nous le recommandons vivement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Belle Époque. Le gîte est spacieux, confortable, parfaitement équipé et très fonctionnel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jacuzzi, après les visites. Bien situé, de nombreuses activités sont accessibles à pied : la très jolie plage des Godelins (quinze minutes de marche) ; le GR 34 ; l'espace sportif (city stade, anneau de roller...) ; les commerces (marché, boulangerie)... L'accueil de Gwenaëlle a été très aimable et convivial. Merci. Nous espérons revenir !
