Sur les hauteurs de Binic, au coeur de l'ancien quartier de Beaumont, cette ancienne ferme de 1850 bâtie sur un terrain de 800 m² vient de s'offrir une très élégante rénovation en privilégiant des matériaux de qualité et en apportant un grand soin dans la décoration. La Ferme du Ponant se distingue par son aménagement autour d'une grande cour carrée comprenant 3 gîtes aux prestations de standing. Vous séjournerez dans le gîte Rivage, à la décoration chic, se distinguant par un subtile mélange de mobilier contemporain s'alliant parfaitement aux poutres apparentes et aux piliers de pierres : ambiance cocooning assurée. Petits et grands pourront se retrouver sur le terrain paysager comprenant un espace de convivialité (grand barbecue commun) et un espace enfants. Lieu de villégiature idéal : la plage du Corps de Garde est à 600 m par un chemin, le GR 34 également. Binic , son port de plaisance et la plage familiale de la Banche à 1.5 km ainsi que le centre commercial à 1.5 km.
Votre location de vacances comprend au rez-de-chaussée : séjour salon avec cuisine aménagée , 1 salle d'eau (belle douche à l'italienne) et t wc indépendant. Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Le gîte est très joli, fonctionnel, très joliment décoré et calme. A proximité les commerces ,le port, les restaurants. Le GR34 est à 5 mn à pieds. Je recommande pour ceux qui souhaitent se reposer, profiter des beaux paysages et ceux qui sont adaptent des randonnées. Par contre la baignade est compliquée : eau à 17°

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Binic, nous recherchions le calme et la fraicheur que nous avons trouvé ici. le gite est bien rénové et confortable, le jardin tout à fait agréable. La maman du propriétaire est tout à fait charmante et s'est démenée pour nous trouver la nouvelle box, merci à elle.
