The best gîte we have ever stayed in. The gite is maintained to a high standard. It’s great for family holidays with plenty of room for children to play. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi would definitely recommend and hope to return at some point in the future.

This is a lovely house in the Breton countryside with a huge pool (the pictures don't do it justice) and a great hot tub. It is located off a very quiet lane, not from the lovely town of Quintin. We stayed for two weeks and it was really peaceful. Christian, the owner, was very helpful and friendly, and the house is fantastically well equipped with everything you need, including bikes, table tennis etc. We thought it was great and would come again.

We had a realy warm welcome by the owner Christian. The house is beautyfull renovated and very clean. We had bad weather during our stay, but despite the weather a good time. Christian Many Thanks for the hospitality and your gift :).

Le Rocher is a little slice of paradise! Everything has been thought of, and the facilities make the weather a secondary consideration. I would not hesitate to return, or to recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay. Christian is an absolute gentleman, and the location is just magical! We will certainly be back in the future!

Excellent holiday for our large family. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Christian was welcoming and helpful. Location was exactly what we wanted with local amenities only 10-15 mins away. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

What a fantastic Gite. Christian was very helpful when we needed him. The garden was amazing and a wonderful place to relax with no traffic noise. We took a lot of equipment for our 2 year old grandson but didn't need it, everything we could have wanted was already there. Hot tub and pool were fantastic, petanque pitch and hammock also a nice place to relax in the shade. The house was very contemporary inside with all the mod cons and lots of options for cooking inside and out. Lots of interesting places to visit in the area. A superb rural location with all the shops you need within 15 minutes. This was a special holiday for us as it was our 40th wedding anniversary and it was definately the best place we have ever stayed. Good job Christian and Evyline.

We stayed at the Gite for the week 27th May to 3rd June 2023. The stay lived up to and exceeded our expectations. We discovered our little piece of French heaven which gave us a fantastic family holiday. The gite was clean, fresh and welcoming. The garden was glorious but the pool and hot tub took the prize. Huge thanks to the hosts who were very accommodating, welcoming and provided us with some excellent local information to enhance out stay. Many thanks.

Fantastic family house in which we stayed for 1 week with two families with 4 kids (2x 10 and 2x 8 years old). The house is modern and new with 4 lovely rooms with good beds and plenty of space for clothes. Two bathrooms are very spacious. Kitchen and living room are excellent for 8 people with all needed things. Fantastic garden with lovely views over the hilly area. It is great to be in the big pool or jacuzzi with plenty of room for the kids to play on the grass or on the terrass. Location is great as well although you need to realize that you need a car for most destinations. Great tips from owner are the walk around the Bosmeleac lake. A round is approx 1,5 hours with the kids with great views on the lake and waterfall. At the camping site there is a Creperie with wonderful galettes and crepes. Tuesday morning market in Quitin is lovely walk including church visit. Get some fish, chicken or oysters! Take away pizza (or eat in) from L'Instant in Plaintel was also excellent. Great holiday in first week of May 2023. 100% recommendation!!!

Depuis 1983, nous avons toujours loué une maison de vacances par l'intermédiaire de "Gites de France". C'est LA plus belle maison que nous ayons jamais vue.

Idéalement situé le gite Le Rocher permet non seulement de découvrir les merveilles bretonnes , mais également de se ressourcer au calme dans des conditions optimales de confort . The perfect getaway for a calm, relaxing holiday in the beautiful Brittany countryside. This original farmhouse has been lovingly renovated & furnished to perfection. With the heated, covered swimming pool & hot tub…. There’s everything you need & more! This is our second visit & we’ll definitely be coming back.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au gîte le rocher dans une très jolie maison bien agencée où rien ne manque . Malgré une météo capricieuse nous avons pu profiter de tous les aménagements extérieurs,notamment de la piscine chauffée ainsi que du jacuzzi. Nous avons été superbement accueillis par la famille Marjot.

Ravi de ce séjour dans le gîte du Rocher. Très bon accueil de Christian Marjot.Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ce lieu aménagé pour passer un bon moment. Nous avons été particulièrement heureux (et surtout nos enfants!) de pouvoir profiter de la piscine. Et la vue est superbe.

Un gîte exceptionnel aménagé avec goût dans un environnement privilégié au calme absolu, agrémenté d'une piscine bienvenue sous le soleil de Bretagne, avec un accueil sympathique et toujours à l'écoute des propriétaires. Un endroit rare à découvrir dans la campagne boisée et vallonnée des Côtes d'Armor.

Nous avons passés une très belle semaine dans la région des Bretons ! Un gîte très agréable, avec de très belle prestations (jacuzzi, piscine avec une pompe à chaleur + un dome, vélos à disposition…) Christian est à l'écoute et très réactif. Gîte très confortable, au calme en pleine campagne. Nous avons apprécié le jacuzzi. Le gîte est bien situé pour visiter de nombreux sites alentour. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et très accueillants (encore merci pour le panier d'accueil). Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte où nous nous sommes très bien reposés.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine au gîte Le Rocher. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, la maison possède tout le confort nécessaire et les extérieurs sont très agréables. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et du jacuzzi sous le soleil breton. A bientôt pour un prochain séjour et découvrir la piscine!

Superbe gîte , spacieux , bien équipé ! Extérieur très très agréable et vue splendide sur la campagne . Proprios au top , sympas accueillants et disponibles . Le gîte est un peu loin de la mer mais on a du mal à le quitter tellement on y est bien, entre une partie de ping-pong de pétanque ou un moment zen dans le jacuzzi .On le quitte en se promettant de revenir ! Spéciale dédicace au robot tondeuse que nous avons baptisé Jean Michel !

Séjour PARFAIT ! Tout a commencé par l'accueil du propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Literie de qualité. Nombreuses activités: spa de ouf, table de tennis de table, boulodrome. Il ne manque rien, que ce soit dans la cuisine, dans le séjour, pour les grands comme pour les petits... Et pour ne rien gâcher, des conseils de visite du propriétaire. Région à visiter impérativement, et il y a de quoi faire. Attention, vous n'aurez que l'envie d'y retourner.

Super séjour en famille dans ce gîte. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, gite très bien equipé. Nous avons même réussi à utiliser le jacuzzi malgré la météo mitigée. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le gite de M. Marjot. Ce gite est magnifique et très bien équipé ; la literie est très confortable. Les prestations offertes sont en tout point remarquables, sans même parler des petites attentions (panier d’accueil, sapin de Noël) et de la gentillesse du propriétaire. Je conseille vivement la location de ce gite.
