Description
On the west face of the point that forms Plougrescant, come and put your luggage in this new, very contemporary guest house, on a hillside, bordering the small Roudour stream. Christine and Francis have succeeded in this beautiful construction on a small hillside bordering a stream. It is easy to understand the attraction caused by this territory. Wild, rocky, full of islands and islets, rich in creeks, changing with each tide, this coast is a place that enchants with the beauty of its coastline. The Rojo Wenn beach and strike is barely 500 m below the house. Pretty pearls of heritage will also hold your attention such as the Chapelle St Gonéry with its famous leaning roof or, of course, the town of character of Tréguier 8 km away. To the West as to the East, 23 km will be enough for you to discover Perros Guirec and its Pink Granite Coast as well as Paimpol and its island of Bréhat. Superb getaways in perspective...
Ty Chrisfranc includes 3 guest rooms each with their private bathroom (large Italian shower, sink and toilet). The one on the ground floor has 1 double bed. (160x200) and a lounge area with armchairs and sofa bed (for 1 person). The one upstairs on the right has 1 double bed. (160x200) and a nice view of the coastline. The one upstairs on the left is a family unit made up of 2 adjoining bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 and 2 single beds 90x190). On the ground floor, the large living room with its open view will be your place for breakfast (including homemade products such as bread and pancakes). In the entrance, under the stairs, a kitchenette area is dedicated to you (fridge, microwave, kettle, etc.). Outside you will have your garden furniture and deckchairs. Private parking on property. 3 night minimum between July 10 and August 15 and 2 night minimum the rest of the year. If booking 7 consecutive nights 8% discount on the total.
