Description
Want to relax, come and spend a moment of relaxation in a calm and relaxing place, with an ideal location in the middle of nowhere and in the center of everything. Come and discover our region: the Ile de Bréhat, Paimpol, the Abbey of Beauport, the Château de la Roche Jagu, the Côte de Granit Rose… At the end of the day, the swimming pool will hold out its arms to you. The aperitif offered each evening for a small debriefing of your walks of the day. Some evenings you may be tempted to share a meal with us. Min Lédan will be synonymous with good times "we can't stop time, but our memories can prolong it" and thus give memory to a fleeting moment. We will be pleased to receive you and share with you the information of walks and discoveries of the country of Paimpol. Don't wait to book, we limit the number of stays, in order to preserve conviviality. We favor stays of 2 nights and offer reductions from the 2nd night. Minimum 3 nights from 01/06 to 15/09
Facing the sea, on the 1st floor of this fully renovated country house is the 'Nemo' bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 and relaxation area), a bathroom (shower, basin and dressing table) and separate wc. From the bathroom you will have access to a small private terrace at the edge of the broom, a staircase then descends into the garden and to the main terrace. Still upstairs is the 'Tortue-Dauphin' Family Unit with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 and 2 single beds 90x190), adjoining bathroom (shower and sink), separate toilet. With a view of the garden and the sea, it is in the veranda that Patrick will serve you breakfast (homemade jam and honey), as well as the table d'hôtes (prices for children's meals on site). Large paved terrace of 40 m², garden furniture, sunbeds, garden games and total land of 700 m². Public parking along the house and just below. Participation of 5 €/d/animal to be paid directly to the owner
