This light, contemporary house with an enclosed garden (1000m²) in the village of L'Armor Pleubian has been totally refurbished by the new owners. It is tucked away at the heart of the unspoilt peninsula, 900m from the Sillon de Talbert, the family-friendly, sandy beach at Pors Rand and the GR34 hiking path. Ideally-situated for discovering numerous attractions including Paimpol with its harbour, museum and Abbaye de Beauport (15km), Tréguier with its cathedral, narrow streets and half-timbered houses, the Château de la Roche Jagu, the Isle of Bréhat, a boat or steam train journey up the River Trieux to Pontrieux, Ploumanac'h (voted France’s favourite village in 2015), the Pink Granite Coast and the Sept Iles. You’re sure to want to come back !
The first floor of this house is devoted to B&B guests. On the landing : tourist information, books, magazines and maps. ‘Lannion’ : king-size bed, single bed (80cm), large en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC, walk-in wardrobe. ‘Paimpol’ : king-size bed, lounge area, large en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and wash basin. Private WC on landing opposite guest room. ‘Tréguier’ : king-size bed, wash basin in bedroom, en-suite shower room with WC. Bath robes, hotel slippers, luggage stand, TV and internet access (WiFi and RJ45 sockets) in all 3 guest rooms. Breakfast is served in the lovely downstairs living room (home-made bread and pastries, eggs cooked any way you wish). Parking within the property and in the street. 2 bikes to borrow on request.
