Description
Welcome to this contemporary house located in Kerity (Paimpol), 100 m from the sea and very close to the Abbey of Beauport. View that embraces Poulafret Bay from the living room and the Ty Koantig and Ty Bleiz bedrooms. The GR34 is in the immediate vicinity, as is the Vélomaritime EV4 greenway and the Havre de Beauport loop circuit n°27. The port of Paimpol as well as the shops, restaurants, maritime and costume museums... are a 15-minute walk away. You will be welcomed by Gabriel in his house built with ecological materials (wood, straw, earth) and concerned about energy savings, in 2021 a freight elevator was installed to allow everyone to access the house. We will of course not miss the detour to Bréhat, the Island of Flowers, the pier of which is 8 km away.
On the raised ground floor of this atypical house: 3 guest rooms in a refined style with private bathrooms (sink, shower, toilet). 1st and 2nd bedroom, sea side: 1 double bed. (one of them is PMR accessible). 3rd bedroom at the back: 1 double bed. 180x190 which can be split on request into 2 single beds. Hearty breakfasts served in the spacious living room reserved for guests (homemade jams, yoghurts, crepes...). Table d'hôtes on reservation with local products (children 3 to 12 years old: €15). Parking on the property. Wifi internet access. Rental 2 nights minimum all year round.

Vue sur la mer et le levé de soleil ... petit déjeuner de roi ... accueil très chaleureux ... situation idéale pour profiter de la beauté de la côte ... nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, reposant, dans ce gîte !

Les chambres et l'espace commun sont très propres, et l'hôte est accueillant et disponible. Mais si deux des chambres ont une grande fenêtre d'où on aperçoit un peu la baie de Poulafret, la troisième, peu spacieuse, n'a qu'une fenêtre plus étroite qui donne sur une arrière-cour sombre de 2,50 m de large. De plus la fenêtre de toit censée lui donner un peu de lumière a un de ses volets glissants qui tend à se refermer quand on l'ouvre.

Au sujet de la chambre Ty Louarn, elle n'a effectivement pas la même orientation et nous apportons maintenant cette précision dans le descriptif. Nous avons eu de la chance de bénéficier d’une des 2 chambres lumineuses avec une vue un peu lointaine sur la mer ce qui n’a pas été malheureusement le cas du couple d’amis qui voyageaient avec nous et qui ont été logés dans la troisième chambre donnant sur l’arrière de la maison et particulièrement sombre. Sinon rien à redire sur l’accueil du propriétaire et la propreté des lieux. Le rapport qualité / prix est très correct (si on peut bénéficier d’une bonne chambre)
