A love back to the senses! Nestled in a natural area of one and a half hectares along the Jaudy river, this large house includes the owners' house and traditional buildings where you will find the charm of yesteryear. This old mill that welcomes you will create in you like a bubble, a parenthesis: the constant sound of water, butterflies everywhere, the hum of working bees (2 hives), the permaculture vegetable garden that is taking shape, the birds of all kinds, ... A real homecoming that Lucia and Hervé will share with you. Bourg de Begard is 4 km away. Geographically well located near the most coveted tourist sites of the Côtes d'Armor: the Trégor and its Côte de Granit Rose are available to you 30 km away. Welcome to the Pays de Begard and Jaudy!
It is on the 1st floor of the rear wing of this vast house that the 2 guest rooms are located. Victoria: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. 140x190 and 1 single bed. 120x190, its bathroom (shower, basin), its separate wc. Valentina: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. 140x200, its lounge area, its bathroom (bathtub and basin) which leads to the separate toilet. It is on the ground floor, in a dedicated room, still above the river, that the breakfast moments will be held for tasting organic products, homemade honey according to the seasons, and even buckwheat pancakes. This room will also serve as a kitchen area (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances). 109 m² paved terrace for sunny evenings, large 350 m² paved courtyard with parking spaces and possible shelter for motorbikes and even cars. 2 night minimum stays all year round.

Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

Accueil basique, rigide, autoritaire. Aucune chaleur. Prévenus un matin à 10h30 que les propriétaires seraient absents toute la journée et que la maison ainsi que le portail seraient fermés jusqu'au coucher... Impossibilité de venir déjeuner ce midi-là comme indiqué sur le site Gîtes de France de l'adresse.Dommage car la cuisine mise à disposition des hôtes est plutôt bien équipée. Nous fréquentons les chambres d'hôtes depuis 40 ans. C'est l'accueil le moins chaleureux que nous ayons reçu. Bien sûr cet accident ne remet pas en cause notre fidélité à Gîtes de France.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que votre séjour chez nous n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes qui semblaient plus correspondre à votre besoin d'un gîte et non pas d'une chambre d'hôtes.
Nous espérons que le miel de châtaignier de nos abeilles que nous venions de récolter et que nous vous avons offert à votre départ, lui répondait au goût très amateur de monsieur.

The hosts were very welcoming and attentive, and made us feel like at home. The place is awesome and quiet. Ideal for a break. Loved hearing the sound of the river and seeing stars at night. The room was very spacious and had all the commodities. Breakfast was very complete and worthy. We'd love to come back and spend more time walking around that wonderful place.

Un soggiorno in una famiglia molto accogliente . Ci siamo trovari molto bene nella nostra nella e grande camera , con un bel bando grande e pulito . La casa e bellissima ed inserita in un bel paesaggio
